In der App (empfohlen, sofort)

1. Öffne Memoria Land und tippe im Hauptmenü auf ⚙ (Einstellungen).
2. Tippe auf „Konto löschen".
3. Bestätige die zwei Sicherheitsfragen.

Damit werden dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten sofort und endgültig von unserem Server entfernt: Kampagnen-Fortschritt, Münzen, XP, Pokale, gekaufte Artikel, dein Anzeigename, die Cloud-Sicherung und dein Ranglisten-Eintrag. Eine Wiederherstellung ist nicht möglich. Die Löschung funktioniert für Gast-Konten und für mit Google verbundene Konten.

Ohne App (per E-Mail)

Wenn du die App bereits deinstalliert hast, schreibe uns an contact@andreneubert.com (Betreff „Memoria Land Konto löschen"), am besten mit deinem Anzeigenamen aus dem Spiel. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung.

Was wird gelöscht, was bleibt?

• Gelöscht (sofort): Spielstand, Anzeigename, Pokale/Liga, Käufe, Cloud-Sicherung, Freundesliste, Ranglisten-Eintrag, Google-Verknüpfung.
• Zeitversetzt gelöscht: technische Server-Logs (IP-Adressen) werden turnusmäßig automatisch entfernt.

Delete your Memoria Land account (English)

In the app (recommended, immediate)

1. Open Memoria Land and tap ⚙ (Settings) in the main menu.
2. Tap "Konto löschen" (Delete account).
3. Confirm both safety prompts.

This immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated data from our server: campaign progress, coins, XP, trophies, purchased items, your display name, the cloud backup and your leaderboard entry. This cannot be undone. Works for guest accounts and Google-linked accounts alike.

Without the app (by e-mail)

If you already uninstalled the app, e-mail us at contact@andreneubert.com (subject "Delete Memoria Land account"), ideally including your in-game display name. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

What is deleted / retained?

• Deleted immediately: save game, display name, trophies/league, purchases, cloud backup, friends list, leaderboard entry, Google link.
• Deleted on schedule: technical server logs (IP addresses) are purged automatically on rotation.
