Classic real-time strategy for mobile. In development.
Build. Age up. Conquer.
If you grew up on the classic build-and-conquer strategy games, you know exactly what to do.
See the gameplayFrom first hut to final siege.
Row Empire is the full base-building strategy game on a phone. You start with almost nothing, put your people to work on wood, stone, food, and gold, and build a settlement that can feed an army.
Everything you know from the genre greats is here: resources to gather, buildings to place, research at universities, ages to climb, and a war to win at the end.
Settle
Found your settlement and gather wood, stone, food, and gold.
Advance
Research at universities and age up through three eras.
Conquer
Break the defenses and destroy the enemy main house to win.
Three ages you can see.
Research at universities unlocks each new age, and the buildings you already placed visibly age up with you.
Stone Age
Huts, hunters, and an economy built from nothing.
Bronze Age
The first age-up, and the whole settlement shows it.
Iron Age
Warships, siege engines, and the final push for the main house.
Break walls, not timers.
Six unit classes come out of the barracks, the workshop, and the stables. Then the siege game begins.
Walls
Block movement outright. A closed ring has to be broken open.
Outposts
Cover the ground around them with fire.
Catapults
The answer to both walls and outposts.
Sieges
Bring the army, breach the ring, take the main house.
An opponent that actually plays.
No scripted waves. The AI plays the same game you do.
- It builds its own base and rings it with walls and outposts.
- It prepares for war and marches when it is ready, not before.
- It lays proper sieges instead of throwing units at your walls.
- And when your shore looks quiet, it crosses the ocean and lands on your beach.
Two tribes already live here.
Barbarian and Egyptian tribes hold their own camps as a third force on the map. Wild animals roam between the empires, and a mammoth takes three or more hunters to bring down.
Where the game stands.
Row Empire is built by one developer. It is unreleased and there is no release date yet.
