In short
AI Race does not collect personal data. The app has no account, no server, no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not transmit any data to us or to third parties.
Data on your device
The app stores data only locally on your device: game progress, settings, language, achievements and purchased content, as well as the name you give your AI. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. If you have enabled a device backup in your operating system (for example iCloud Backup or Android backup), this data may be included in that backup; you control this in your device settings.
In-app purchase
AI Race is free and offers a one-time purchase, "AI Race Pro". Purchase and payment are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive any payment data. The store only tells the app whether a purchase exists, and the app remembers this on your device. From the stores we only receive the usual sales and payout reports.
Store statistics
Apple and Google provide app publishers with aggregated statistics (such as downloads) and, if you have agreed to it on your device, crash reports. Apple and Google process this data as independent controllers; we cannot identify any individual person from it.
Children
The app is not specifically directed at children and does not collect data from children either.
Your rights
Because we do not process any personal data about you, there is nothing we could disclose, correct or delete. For data processed by Apple or Google as part of their stores, please contact them. If you have questions, reach us at contact@andreneubert.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Changes
If the app changes in a way that involves processing data, we will update this policy beforehand.
This privacy policy is also available in German. For help with the game, see AI Race · Help & Support.
